A good, superbly organised event caterer kitchen design can help
efficiency and increase productivity, allowing this type of establishment

Nelson’s commercial kitchen design considers every aspect of
such a production kitchen from how and where supplies arrive, how
different types of food are stored, cooked and held; and how they
are finished and packed, ready for despatch. We have solutions
to the problem of varied staffing numbers and we can even suggest
ways of increasing the amount of equipment in use at peak times.
Depending on whether you are starting from scratch or refurbishing
an existing industrial kitchen, your Nelson project manager will
help you explore all possible options. The project manager will
also liaise with your architects, surveyors and builders; will
attend site meetings and will advise on health and safety issues.
We will then produce plans and 3D elevations so that the new
commercial kitchen becomes a ‘virtual reality’ which allows otherwise
difficult-to-notice details to be modified, thus ensuring that
the final specification is 100% accurate.
Your project manager will organise equipment purchasing, commission
bespoke items and will arrange and supervise the kitchen installation.
They will also train staff on the new catering equipment to ensure
everybody is fully conversant with the food production kitchen
from day one.
